A heavy oil that is obtained by wet milling of corn grains. Usually has a high unsaturated content. Sometimes used in hot oil treatments but tends to be less beneficial then other oils such as jojoba, almond or olive.
When you shampoo, use warm, not hot water to open the hair shaft. Always finish your shampoo with a cool to cold rinse seal the cuticle & add instant shine.
